Fireworks Festival 2023

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT​​​

• Check in starts at 15.00 onwards, please note that there may be a delay due to high demand and we appreciate your patience and understanding. 

• Please note we have 1,000THB deposit upon check-in accepted in cash form only. Kindly prepare it in advance to fasten your check-in process

• Please note if you book on any other channels such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia e.t.c., we cannot guarantee you will get a room that will face directly towards the Fireworks Festival.

• We only can guarantee room assignment if you book directly with us via Facebook Messenger or LINE only. 

• Our prices defer based on Fireworks side v.s. Non Fireworks side. (Side where you can see fireworks from our room balcony directly v.s. Side where you will not see fireworks)

• If you do book Non Fireworks side, you can reserve a table at our Swimming Pool area to enjoy the fireworks. Cost of reserving a table starts at 500THB/person and can be used to order food and drinks. 

• Our swimming pool area has a limited number of seats. 

• Please note all reservation is non-refundable under the festive period. We can keep it as hotel credit for your next visit within 60 days of the booking date. 

• Please note road closure on Pattaya Beach will happen from 15.00 onwards. We suggest planning your logistics ahead of time.

• We do have limited parking on a first come first serve basis for hotel customers only. No reservation is allowed for parking. You may contact us at 038-425-877 to ask the availability of the parking spots at our premises. If it is full you may park at the following that are close proximity to our hotel: 

  • Mike Shopping Mall  (100m)

  • Royal Garden Plaza  (350m)

  • Central Festival Pattaya (550m)

• เริ่มเช็คอินเวลา 15.00 น. เป็นต้นไป ทางโรงแรมขออภัยที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้าว่าอาจมีความล่าช้าเนื่องจากมีผู้ต้องการเข้าพักจำนวนมาก และทางโรงแรมขอขอบคุณสำหรับความเข้าใจของท่าน

• ทางโรงแรมขออนุญาตเก็บมัดจำ 1,000 บาทต่อห้องตอนเข้าพัก และจะคืนให้หลังจากตรวจสอบห้องพักเรียบร้อยของห้องพักแล้ว เพื่อความสะดวกทางโรงแรมขออนุญาตแนะนำให้มัดจำด้วยเงินสด

• ทางโรงแรมขอแจ้งหากคุณจองผ่านช่องทางอื่นๆ เช่น Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia ฯลฯ ทางโรงแรมไม่สามารถยืนยันได้ว่าคุณจะได้ห้องพักที่หันหน้าไปทางสถานที่จัดงาน Pattaya Firework Festival 2023 

• ทางโรงแรมขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยืนยันการจัดสรรห้องในกรณีลูกค้าจองโดยตรงกับเราผ่าน Facebook Messenger หรือ LINE เท่านั้น

• ราคาห้องพักของโรงแรมขึ้นอยู่กับฝั่งที่เห็นพลุ หรือไม่เห็นพลุ (ห้องที่เห็นพลุสามารถเห็นได้จากระเบียงของห้องพัก)

• หากลูกค้าจองฝั่งไม่แสดงพลุ ลูกค้าสามารถจองโต๊ะที่บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำเพื่อเพลิดเพลินกับการแสดงพลุได้ ค่าจองโต๊ะเริ่มต้นที่ 500 บาท/ท่าน สามารถใช้สั่งอาหารและเครื่องดื่มได้ (เฉพาะในวัน และช่วงเวลาจุดพลุ ในบริเวณสระว่ายน้ำเท่านั้น)

• บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำของเรามีที่นั่งจำนวนจำกัด

• ในการสำรองห้องพักช่วงเทศกาลไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้ทุกกรณี ทางโรงแรมสามารถเก็บไว้เป็นเครดิตสำหรับการเข้าพักครั้งต่อไปภายใน 60 วันนับจากวันที่จอง

• ทางโรงแรมขอแจ้งให้ทราบว่าจะมีการปิดถนนบนหาดพัทยาตั้งแต่เวลา 15.00 น. เป็นต้นไป เราขอแนะนำให้วางแผนการเดินทางล่วงหน้า

• ทางโรงแรมมีที่จอดรถจำนวนจำกัด โดยจะให้บริการตามลำดับก่อน-หลังสำหรับลูกค้าโรงแรมเท่านั้น และไม่อนุญาตให้จองที่จอดรถ คุณลูกค้าสามารถติดต่อเราได้ที่หมายเลข 038-425-877 หรือไลน์ @hermannhotel เพื่อสอบถามที่จอด หากเต็มสามารถจอดรถได้ที่สถานที่เหล่านี้: 

  • ​ศูนย์การค้าไมค์ช็อปปิ้งมอลล์ (100ม)

  • ศูนย์การค้า รอยัลการ์เด้นพลาซ่า พัทยา (350ม)

  • ศูนย์การค้าเซ็นทรัล พัทยา (550ม)
