  • What is check-in/ check-out time?
    Guests are allowed to check in at 3PM and must check out before 12PM the following day. Late check out after 12PM-5PM incurs a late check out fee. After 5PM, a full night charge will be incurred. Early check-in over 5 hours before 3PM incurs a charge of 1,000THB.
  • Can I check-in early or later than usual time?
    Early check-in is subject to availability. You are able to leave your luggages with us and check-in at 3PM. Note that over 5 hours before check-in time, will incur an extra charge. Check-in after 3pm will be free of charge.
  • How much do you charge for internet WIFI access?
    WIFI access is free of charge. Once you check-in, you will be given your own username and password.
  • Is the hotel smoke-free?
    All guests are prohibited from smoking indoors. If guests are evident for smoking in rooms, a 2,000THB fine is incurred.
  • Do you offer room services?
    Yes, but due to current circumstances our room service hours may vary.
  • Do you have a fitness center?
    Yes, we have a fitness center on the 2nd Floor. Our fitness center is open from 07:00-20:00 and is equipped with a Peloton bike, free weights, treadmills, and more. However, due to renovation we have temporarily closed till further notice.
  • Do you have meeting rooms?
    Yes, we provide private business lounges and meeting rooms depending on guests' demands. This can be requested prior check-in.
  • Do you offer transport service?
    Yes, we do offer transport service from Airports and other transport services required during your stay. Please drop us a quick email at and we will get back to you regarding the quotations within 24 hours.
  • Do you have cribs to accomodate babies?
    Yes, we offer cribs for 700 baht per crib/baby cot
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Cancellation policy is dependent on rate plan booked. Usually our cancellation charges are as follows (days of notice are based on date/time of arrival): – If you cancel 24 hours or more before check-in: Free cancellation – If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in: First night charged – If you do not show up (ie. no-show): No refund is made If guest early checks out compared to original date , a one nights charged is incurred and the rest can be kept as hotel credit for future stay. Any other refunds will only be refunded to customer's credit card and no other forms of payment. Cancellation policy is not valid in conjunction with any other promotional offer or contract and do not apply to groups. Please see conditions in your reservations confirmation for further information.
  • Do you charge for bringing a child?
    Children under the age of 10 are free of charge.
  • Is my ID/passport required for check-in?
    Yes, your ID or passport is required.
  • I did not book a room directly from the hotel website and booked it on another website. I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
    For bookings through other websites such as Agoda, Booking, Expedia etc., please contact the third party provider as we are not authorized to make amendments on your behalf.
  • Do you have connecting rooms?
    Yes, please request this upon arrival.
  • What is your deposit policy?
    Deposit of 1000THB is collected upon check-in and will be returned upon check-out if there are no incidental damages or losses incurred regarding the hotel rooms and property. If you order room service or other food and beverages, you can choose to pay for this separately or choose to deduct those services and goods from the deposit and the remaining balance will be returned. Your credit card information will be scanned and we have the rights to charge this credit card if there are incidental damages or losses. This scanned credit card information will be returned upon check-out if no damages or losses occur.
  • I want to request a special surprise for someone such as flowers, cakes and gifts. Who can I contact?"

  • I have a concern regarding my bill. Who can I contact?
    For any bill inquiries, please contact the front desk.
  • What forms of payments are accepted to book my room?
    Credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer and cash with credit card guarantee are all options.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes, all pets are welcomed with a small cleaning-fee of 1,500 baht per pet, collected upon check-in.
  • Do you have a pet free room for those with allergies?
    Yes, we have pet free rooms available.
  • What are the hours for the restaurant, bar and lounge?

  • When is breakfast hours?
    Breakfast starts from 07:00-10:30.
  • Do you accept tourist from abroad?
